Reliable Telecom’s standard policies and procedures for:
Pricing and Payment Terms
All price quotes are furnished on an individual basis and are subject to change without notice. Quotes are subject to termination by Reliable Telecom prior to receipt of and acceptance of Buyer’s purchase order. Upon credit approval, net payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. Credit terms may be suspended and future orders will not be processed on any past due accounts.
Merchandise Shipping and Delivery
All freight charges are the responsibility of the Buyer unless other arrangements are specified in writing on the sales agreement. Freight charges may be prepaid by Seller and added to the invoice. Buyer agrees to reimburse seller for freight items listed on the invoice. Buyer may also supply Seller with carrier account information for direct billing of all shipments. All shipments are F.O.B. point of origin. Title to goods and risk of loss or damage is transferred to Buyer upon delivery of the ordered items by the Seller to a common carrier.
Warranty and Returns
Reliable Telecom provides a two-year-end-user warranty and a 90 day warranty to vendors on all reuse equipment sold. New equipment will be subject to the standard warranty offered by the OEM.
Warranty periods for reuse equipment are specified by a small red label applied by Reliable Telecom prior to shipping. Reliable Telecom’s red warranty label must be present on the equipment in order for the warranty to be effective. No warranty on reuse equipment will be valid without a warranty label.
Returns for non-warranty related equipment may be submitted for approval within 30 days of shipment. Reliable Telecom reserves the right to accept or reject any return request for non-warranty reasons. Restocking charges will apply to all non-warranty related returns. Non-warranty returns must be in original, unopened packaging and subject to inspection.
All returns must be approved in advance and be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number is issued only when items in question have been approved for return according to Reliable Telecom’s return procedures. No products will be accepted for return unless an RMA number has been issued.
